Institute for Lean Systems' Executive Excellence Diploma
May 19 - 23, 2008

The ILS Executive Excellence Diploma is the premier program for those with leadership responsibilities to acquire a deep understanding of the capability of the lean system and prepare themselves to successfully meet the challenges encountered on the lean transformation journey. Graduates of this weeklong course have been instrumental in guiding the success of hundreds of companies in many industries, ranging from small, family owned businesses to global corporations with household names.

The Lean Executive Excellence Diploma is delivered through a five-day course that carefully weaves the human, managerial, organizational, technical and financial strands of the lean business model together to thoroughly and accurately explain the structure, function, and resulting performance of lean organizations.
